Once your StreamLend Velocity implementation is complete, your relationship with IA Systems has just begun. Our experienced Support Team maintains client interaction and is always available to assist you.

IA Systems' standard support offers the range of support tools you would expect from a world-class technology partner. Standard support includes regular product upgrades and enhancements, telephone and web-based client support, remote dial-in technical support, on-site support, 24-hour emergency support, Professional Services, and Consulting Services.

Direct Client Support is available Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM EST. Standard Client Support includes regular product upgrades and enhancements, telephone access to IA Systems' support call center, remote technical support, and on-site emergency support.

Emergency Support
IA Systems' technical experts are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week with a clear escalation procedure to ensure that you get the product support and technical expertise you need when you need it.

Client Support Center
IA Systems' Web-based support center offers secure access to FAQs, downloads, electronic support, enhancement requests, and much more. It provides 24-hour access to IA Systems' knowledge base and support staff for non-critical issues.
