IA Systems, Inc. Names Tami Olheiser Director of Finance

(Albany, NY) October 28, 2004   IA Systems, Inc. (IA)—a leading developer of software for the financial services industry—recently appointed Tami Olheiser as Director of Finance. As the newest addition to IA’s management team, Olheiser will use her extensive financial experience to help shape and direct the future growth of the company.

In her role as Director of Finance, Olheiser will be responsible for all financial and accounting functions including policy development and implementation, and financial system development and management. As a member of the management team, Olheiser will contribute to and influence company direction, growth, strategic planning, product development, financial forecasting, and external business opportunities. Olheiser’s extensive financial experience in budgeting, strategic planning, forecasting, and analysis will help to further strengthen IA Systems’ growth in the lending technologies industry.

Before joining IA Systems, Olheiser served as Senior Finance Manager at Microsoft Business Solutions in Fargo, ND, where she was responsible for an initiative building financial teams, developing procedures for forecasting and reporting, creating profitability and investment models, and leading the corporate planning process.

With more than a decade of financial management expertise, Olheiser has held several executive positions in finance, including Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, Finance Manager, and Senior Business Analyst with U.S. Unwired, a wireless service organization. Prior to her tenure at U.S. Unwired, she was a Corporate Analyst with Great Plains Software, a leading provider of accounting and business management software.

Olheiser earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Minnesota State University at Moorhead, and was awarded an MBA from Sage Graduate School in Albany, NY.

Olheiser is active in volunteer activities and is the owner of two trained and registered Therapy Dogs who she takes to visit patients and residents at hospitals and senior facilities.
