LENDING SOLUTIONS INC. AND IA SYSTEMS INC. ANNOUNCE ALLIANCE

ELGIN, Ill., May 20, 2002 – Lending Solutions Inc. (LSI), the market leader in lending call center services, and IA Systems Inc., a leading provider of loan origination technology, have entered into a strategic partnership to provide credit unions with a total origination, call center and fulfillment solution for their members.

Through this partnership, LSI and IA Systems will co-market their services, including world-class call center facilities, Internet technologies and full origination, processing and closing of consumer loans with a complete interface solution.
