IA Systems Welcomes Jim Kelly as Team Leader of Client Services

(Albany, NY) July 27, 2004   IA Systems--a leading maker of software for the financial services industry--is pleased to announce the addition of Jim Kelly to the Client Services Team. As Team Leader of Client Services, Kelly will be responsible for providing direction to a team of technical support staff in order to provide the highest level of professional services to IA’s clients and partners who use and promote our flagship product, StreamLend, a suite of automated lending systems.

Kelly began his career as a software developer and project manager, later becoming Operations Manager for a national support team based in California. He eventually moved into the consulting arena as a Project Leader.

In 1993, Kelly moved to Boston and took a position as Project Manager in application development and support at First Notice Systems. He moved into the role of Team Leader for an R&D group developing a client/server based call-processing system. Kelly then became Manager of Software Services, providing leadership to a group of developers and business analysts enhancing and supporting a customized claim reporting system.

Kelly earned a BA in Computer Science from SUNY Albany.
