David Van Pelt
General Manager IA Systems Group
As Chief Technology Officer at IA Systems, David Van Pelt guides the company through transitions to new technologies by providing strong technical vision and business leadership. Mr. Van Pelt has been with IA Systems since 1999, when he joined as Director of Client Services, and was promoted to CTO & VP in 2002. In Mr. Van Pelt’s previous role as Director of Client Services, he was responsible for implementation, consulting, and support services.

Mr. Van Pelt has more than 18 years of experience leading technology organizations. Prior to his positions with IA Systems, he was the Director of Quality Assurance at CommSoft, Inc., a software development company for the telecommunications industry. 
 
 

Mike McCann
Director of Sales
As Director of Sales, Mike McCann focuses on developing and managing a knowledgeable sales force to market innovative products and services that assist financial institutions in streamlining their lending processes. Prior to his promotion as Director of Sales, Mr. McCann served as IA Systems' Team Leader of Sales since January 2005.

Mr. McCann first joined IA Systems in December of 1999 in the client services department. With an innate drive for success and a dedicated work ethic, Mr. McCann soon worked into the position of Sales Executive. Assuming that role in June of 2001, Mr. McCann’s focus was on driving the growth of sales, managing and promoting the relationship of strategic business partnerships, and establishing strong and loyal partnerships with clients. He is known for success, having exceeded his yearly sales goal every year, including his first year where he more than doubled his goal.

Lisa Santy

Director of Product Management

As Director of Product Management for IA Systems, Lisa Santy serves as head of the product management group. As such, she drives marketing and product strategy to ensure IA Systems creates the most current and reliable products for our clients through comparative analysis and an understanding of market requirements, needs, and trends.

Prior to her position with IA Systems, Ms. Santy championed technological growth as Director of Technology and Business Development with Thomson Delmar Learning. During her 14 year career with Thomson, Ms. Santy served as a visionary for advancement of technology within the organization. She managed relationships with strategic partners and product innovations that helped build the bridge between traditional print publishing, online learning, and enterprise-wide technology solutions in the education market.

Daryn Hoke

Director- LOS Implementations

As Director of Product Consulting, Daryn Hoke is responsible for driving all StreamLend and StreamLend Velocity implementations as well as add-on projects. Daryn brings a wealth of lending knowledge and expertise to our organization and is a driving force behind our success!

Mr. Hoke’s background includes more than 15 years of banking, lending, implementations and technology experience. In 1999, Daryn Hoke joined IA as project manager and shortly thereafter was promoted to Senior Project Manager. As a result of Mr. Hoke’s many accomplishments and professional acumen he was once again promoted into his current role as Director of Product Consulting in January 2007.
