Lisa Santy
Director of Product Management
As
Director of Product Management for IA Systems, Lisa Santy serves as head of the product
management group. As such, she drives marketing and product strategy to
ensure IA Systems creates the most current and reliable products for our
clients through comparative analysis and an understanding of market
requirements, needs, and trends.
Prior to
her position with IA Systems, Ms. Santy
championed technological growth as Director of Technology and Business
Development with Thomson Delmar Learning. During her 14 year career with
Thomson, Ms. Santy served as a visionary for
advancement of technology within the organization. She managed
relationships with strategic partners and product innovations that helped
build the bridge between traditional print publishing, online learning, and
enterprise-wide technology solutions in the education market.
Ms. Santy has received a number of individual and team
leadership awards, including a 1998 Codie Award
nomination.
Ms. Santy brings more than 20 years of experience in
information technology and management to the IAS management team. Outside
of the work environment, she remains active within her local community.
