Adirondacks, The Sagamore offers

The facilities, service, and

NOTE: Room reservations and hotel charges
(including phone, incidentals, and all meals except those indicated on the
conference schedule) are the responsibility of the attendee.
Transportation
The Sagamore is approximately
1 hour from
the Albany International Airport. There will be a
complimentary shuttle service from the Albany
International Airport to The Sagamore on the following
dates/times:
- ARRIVAL:
Saturday, from 9:00 AM until 10:00 PM
- ARRIVAL:
Sunday, from 6:00 AM until 11:30 PM
- DEPARTURE:
Wednesday, from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM
- If you plan to use
this free shuttle service, please contact The
Sagamore's Transportation Manager, Brian Tokas, at

and provide the following information:
- For arrivals, please include: your
name & cell number, arrival date & time, airline & flight number; and your
connecting city (not originating city).
- For departures, please include: your
name & cell number, departure date & time, and your airline & flight
number.
Please note: the shuttle
will leave The Sagamore on the hour, at least two hours before your flight.
(For example, if your flight is at 2:30 PM, your shuttle will leave at 12:00
PM.)
Driving Directions
For those traveling to the conference by car, here
are driving directions:
From NYC, Long Island, NJ, and Southern States:
- Follow the Northway (I-87) North to
Exit 22. At the end of the exit, take US-9
NORTH for 10 miles toward the town of Bolton
Landing. At the second traffic light, turn right onto
Sagamore Road. Follow Sagamore Road across a small
bridge onto the island. The conference center will be
on your left after the guard booth. The main entrance
to the hotel is future on the road to the circle
drive.
From the North:
- Follow the Northway (I-87) South to
Exit 22. At the end of the exit, take US-9
NORTH for 10 miles toward the town of Bolton
Landing. At the second traffic light, turn right onto
Sagamore Road. Follow Sagamore Road across a small
bridge onto the island. The conference center will be
on your left after the guard booth. The main entrance
to the hotel is future on the road to the circle
drive.
From the West:
- Follow NYS Thruway (I- 90)
to the Northway (I-87) North. Follow the Northway (I-87) North to
Exit 22. At the end of the exit, take US-9
NORTH for 10 miles toward the town of Bolton
Landing. At the second traffic light, turn right onto
Sagamore Road. Follow Sagamore Road across a small
bridge onto the island. The conference center will be

From the East:
- From the Mass Turnpike, follow I-90 West to
where it
intersects with Northway (I-87) North to Albany. Follow the Northway (I-87) North to
Exit 22. At the end of the exit, take US-9
NORTH for 10 miles toward the town of Bolton
Landing. At the second traffic light, turn right onto Sagamore Road. Follow
Sagamore Road across a small bridge onto the island. The conference center
will be on your left after the guard booth. The main entrance to the hotel is
